Kenya Battle

Kenya Battle is a well-rounded professional who has over six years of experience working in the human service field. She has worked for the Department of Social Services, Lockheed Martin, and PSI (Policy Studies Incorporated). Currently, Ms. Battle is the Chief Financial Officer & Financial Literacy Trainer for WE CARE BALTIMORE, Inc., a training & resource center.

Currently, Ms. Kenya is pursuing her B.S. in Computer Science at Morgan State University. In addition, she is a candidate to receiving her GCDF(Global Career Development Facilitator) Certification from Rutgers University. In 2005, Ms. Battle received a Presidential Citation in 2005 from the President of the City Council of Baltimore for her commitment to WE CARE BALTIMORE, Inc.

Most importantly, Kenya is one of the co-host of the dynamic and empowering talk show, "A Woman's Journey to wellness and success," a radio program of WE CARE BALTIMORE, Inc. on WOLB 1010 a.m. Kenya is now on her way to her first completed year in talk radio.
